Welcome to marvel-works.com (the “Site”), operated by Marvel-Works (“Marvel-Works,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a remodeling and contracting company serving The Woodlands, Spring, Magnolia, and the greater Houston, Texas area. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1. What this Site is for
The Site provides information about our services, project galleries, pricing tools, and ways to contact us. Content on the Site is for general information only. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee of price, scope, schedule, or results for any particular project.
2. Estimates, calculators, and quotes
- Any prices, ranges, or figures shown on the Site — including output from our online calculators — are estimates for planning purposes only. Actual pricing depends on a site visit, measurements, material selections, existing conditions, and local requirements.
- An estimate becomes a binding agreement only when both parties sign a written contract. Website estimates, emails, and text messages are not contracts.
- Estimates do not include permits, drawings, engineering, or any item not expressly listed unless the written contract says otherwise.
3. Project work is governed by your signed contract
If you hire Marvel-Works, the work itself — scope, price, payment schedule, change orders, warranty, and dispute resolution — is governed by the written contract you sign with us, not by these Terms. If these Terms and your contract conflict, the contract controls for that project.
Our standard contract terms include a deposit to begin work and progress payments tied to completed milestones. Those details are set out in each contract.
4. Contacting us and submitting information
When you submit a form, request a quote, call, or text us, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate and you are authorized to provide it.
- We may contact you by phone, text message, or email about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
- We may keep your project details, photos, and correspondence to prepare estimates and provide service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Marvel-Works (“we,” “us”). Messages may include appointment and estimate confirmations, project scheduling updates, crew arrival notices, change-order and invoice notifications, responses to your inquiries, and, if you have opted in to marketing messages, occasional promotional offers.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your project and interactions with us. During an active project you may receive several messages per week.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from that number. To resume messages, reply START.
Help. For assistance, reply HELP to any message, email [email], or call [phone number].
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Photos and project galleries
Photos on the Site are of real Marvel-Works projects unless otherwise noted. They show completed work, not a promise of identical results on a different home. Materials, finishes, and layouts vary by project.
If you become a client, we may ask for permission to photograph your finished project for our portfolio. We won’t publish photos of your home without your consent, and we won’t include your name or address.
7. Intellectual property
All text, images, logos, designs, calculators, and other content on the Site belong to Marvel-Works or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or republish Site content without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site or its servers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marvel-Works will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content, including estimates and calculator output. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless Marvel-Works, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County or Harris County, Texas, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
Disputes about construction work performed under a signed contract are handled as set out in that contract.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
